Maintenance Program Options
We offer three tiered maintenance plans to best fit the needs of your commercial business:
Gold Tier
- Priority client status
- Maintenance performed on a quarterly basis
- Extensive equipment operation verified and inspected
- Air filters to be replaced per visit
- Written recommendation reports provided
- 10% discount on repairs
- 15% discount on upgrades and improvements
- All repairs backed with a three (3) year parts and labor warranty
Silver Tier
- Maintenance performed 2–3 times per year, based on your preference
- Visual equipment inspection
- Equipment operation inspection
- Air filters replaced each visit
- Thermostat calibration
- Written report
Bronze Tier
- Maintenance performed on a quarterly basis
- Equipment operational check
- Air filters replaced each visit
Prices are per visit, and all Commercial Savings Programs are valid for one year. An on-site survey will be conducted for the equipment contract before providing a quote for ongoing services. Prices are per visit, and repairs requiring parts are not included in the base cost. Membership must remain active for warranty coverage on parts and labor.
